6/25/2020: We have connected a Mills Violano to our UMC for you to try out. It is only available from 9 AM - 2 PM Mountain (i.e., Denver Colorado) time. Click on the Live Demonstration link above for more information.
6/24/2020: We have setup a Facebook group page for users of the Visual Roll Reader to talk to each other.
6/22/2020: Version 4.0 of the Visual Roll Reader is now available. This version offers a huge performance improvement over the previous releases. A scan that used to take, for example 10 minutes, now takes about 1 minute.
In addition, we have improved the scanning technology in the app and added a new algorithm for calibrating the tracking bar.
Feartures have also been added to allow you to easily adjust the Tempo of the song as well as inject your customized MIDI ON/OFF commands into multiple files at once (e.g., turn on vacuum at beginning of song and turn off vacuum at end of song).
If you are interested in the VRR send us an email via the Contact Us link.
5/27/2020: The Universal Midi Controller can be used to control more than 1 music machine at a time. Here is a YoutTube Video showing Dueling Banjos being played on a Violano and a Nickelodeon at the same time.
4/15/2020: We now offer a wireless module that you can put in your existing antique wallbox and make it operate just like it did 90 years ago. Installation takes less than 10 minutes. send us an email via the Contact Us link for more information.
3/1/2020: We now offer a handbox which operates wirelessly.
2/1/2020: The Universal Midi Controller now supports playing music on an external thumb drive. This allows you to take the UMC to difference machines and not wipe the old music and reinstall the new music.
12/17/2019: We are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer a wall / hand box to control your mechanical music machine. See the main page for more information. People who purchase option B of the Universal Midi Controller will revceive a free 5 button wallbox ($195 value).
