How can I control a Violano out on the Internet? Without going into the details, we have connected a UMC computer to the Internet and that UMC computer is connected to the Violano.

If I connect a UMC computer to my music machine will people on the Internet be able to control it? NO, the UMC computer is on a private network in your location and not connected to the Internet. To do what we are doing here requires special configuration and for the UMC computer to actually be on the Internet.

Why isn't the Violano available at other hours? Because it is in someone's home and they do not want it running in the middle of the night.
